Holy moly. That was intense! I definitely felt stronger by the end of this challenge. 💪 On to do the 2 wks one. And back to this one!

Done! 😅🥵I added a 30s jog in between each exercise. This 21-day program really gave my workouts the extra boost needed. Can you please do an extended version of this like a 6 week one? 😄😬
