Finally, I was able to take the second half of the class. I really liked this half as well. The 1st half is more mobility-focused, and this part requires more power. Arm balance, handstand and pincha are included in the menuππ¬.

I enjoyed this class so much yesterday that I took the first half of this session again this morning. It gave me the same joy I had last evening. I couldn't make it to the second halfπ¬π€ͺ.

I was thinking of doing the whole class but the first half felt so amazing that I did the it from start to finish twice and fill an hour like this. I still couldn't get enough. I did the flows with my eyes closed and my favorite playlist was playing in the background, it was like a SPA for me.
