This workout was tough but I made it through - my Hindu push-up were no where near as graceful as you demonstrated. I was technically to do this workout yesterday but as you warned my legs were annihilated, so I delayed until today. I have learned that I have more upper body strength than lower body for sure. I am looking forward focusing on my core in tomorrow’s workout!!
