Owner, Over-Achieve Fitness

I am a NASM CPT, CES, PES, GPT, FNS and Master Trainer. I also own a very large fitness facility, Over-Achieve Fitness, in Chambersburg PA. I work with thousands of people, ranging from everyday folk to high school, college, and some semi-pro athletes. I played collegiate soccer at VWU. I opened O.A.F. after a tragic accident ended my triathlon career when I was hit head on by a pickup truck while doing a training ride. It left me banged up very bad and after 3 surgeries and 1.5 years I battled back and proved doctors wrong, opened OAF and now doing better than ever with what I can do. I currently write for T Nation, Inside Fitness, STACK magazine, Public Opinion and I am featured on Playbook as well. We currently work with hundreds of Franklin County residents as well as many online fitness junkies from across the globe. My passion is truly to help others unleash their full potential and find ways to train around injuries and busy lives.
Goals
Upon joining my playbook community, you will begin to find how quick, easy and effective a single pair of dumbbells can be, or a kettlebell, mini band, etc. All you need is 20 minutes, your body, and some space to get into some great shape! Many of you may have been athletes or had your fitness lined up in the past but because of work and kids it’s gone wayward. I’m here so help and show you how you can do it quickly and effectively!
Training Requirements
➡️WHY NOT BODY WEIGHT ONLY? Look, MOST of us who are somewhat serious about our fitness goals have SOMETHING in their house, whether it's a BAND, DUMBBELL, KETTLEBELL, or MEDICINE BALL....and having these tools can make a MASSIVE difference in the workouts(1), yes, but ALSO your mentality. After so long...bodyweight training gets boring and redundant. So I will offer some but a majority will use the listed pieces! EVERYTHING can be done in 5 feet of space at your HOME! Let's get it!💪🏽
