I absolutely love this program, but Friday workouts I have to say are my worst days. I feel so discouraged because it is the day with more workouts/supersets, yet somehow I can’t manage to complete it in 30 mins like is expected. If I’m being honest, sometimes I will only do two sets because I feel that my body gets tired and I’m constantly trying to overdo it by completing within the time frame. Yet, I still can’t seem to do it. Speaking for myself, I feel that realistically speaking, this isn’t ideal for someone who is in the beginner/ intermediate stage. Like I mentioned previously, I know we are all different, but is there something I am not doing correctly? Or is it something I will get better at within time? I’m just trying to understand this, and I hope this isn’t misunderstood. Again, I love this program and love that it challenges my abilities! Thank you, and any feedback/advice is appreciated💕
