Our weekly cardio is a little different.
We will be doing Cardio Acceleration which is incorporating bursts of cardio mixed into your working resistance training sets.
I’ve added 3 different pieces of cardio equipment.
Choose whichever one that you like & that you have access to.
You can add these in to any of your current training splits.
For example: if you’re training legs, & your first set of exercises are:
Dumbbell RDLs 3x10
Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8
You will do your set of RDLs, then go into your Bulgarian SS then take one of the cardio options that I have programmed and do that for your 3rd exercise.
You’re basically adding an additional (cardio) exercise to your working sets.
