I'm a Holistic Coach with a passion to empower others to be the best version of themselves. My survival and recovery from a 100m fall is a testament to the power of movement and mindset and motivates me to lead from my own personal experience of injury and recovery, demonstrating the importance of movement, mindfulness, and a positive attitude to manage chronic pain and physical limitations. Life is challenging enough, our workouts and wellbeing don't have to be! I encourage clients to let go of judgement and ego, competition and expectation, and to honour the state of our body every day, progressing in our goals to the best of our ability. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
