    I'm a Holistic Coach with a passion to empower others to be the best versions of themselves. My survival and recovery from a 100m fall is a testament to the power of movement and mindset and motivates me to lead from my own personal experience of injury and recovery, demonstrating the importance of movement, mindfulness, and a positive attitude to manage chronic pain and physical limitations.
