Kerri has been an exceptional trainer and coach throughout the three plus years I have practised yoga and HIIT with her, and even longer in her personal coaching. Her teaching style is the perfect balance of knowledge, enthusiasm, and thoughtful guidance. She brings a deep understanding of movement, and technique, but also a strong personality and attentiveness that make every session feel personal and supportive.
