I built this programme based on meditations that I use every day. Each meditation in the sequence builds on the one prior, but can be used to suit your own personal needs any time desired. Most often, I flow through the sequence of 1) Body Scan 2) Gratitude 3) Light Visualization. When I am faced with higher levels of pain or challenging situations, I work through a more robust meditation, such as that of 4) Embracing Discomfort or 5) Strengthening Emotional Balance. 

Through mindfulness practice, we create more physical awareness and mental space for emotional, mental, and physical healing. We allow new perspectives and ideas to flow through our minds and imprint on our bodies.
