Curious about yoga and want to start slow or are interested in expanding your practice? I'm here for you. I developed this programme to ease you into the fundamentals of movement, breath, awareness, and mindfulness.
I encourage and practice listening to our body, moving with our breath, letting go of judgement, expectation, and competition, and celebrating what we are able to, not worrying about what we can't.
For many of us, just getting to the mat is challenging enough. My purpose is to hold space for you to build confidence, to grow gently, and to create headspace, to connect to your body and mind, and to help you flow organically through movements, fitting poses to your body, not forcing your body into specific positions that may not suit you today .... or ever.
Grab a chair for stability and a couple cussions to have available for your knees as needed. When you're ready, meet me on the mat.
