Iβm loving your workouts! I actually joined this app to follow another fitness trainer, but Iβve only been following your page so far. I love that you utilize the equipment I have at home (dumbbells, kettlebell, bands, bosu, etc) instead of only showing at home workouts with no equipment...itβs exactly what I was looking for! Plus, your workouts are seriously hard work...thank you!
