This is quick workout you should be able to complete in 16 minute. 3 minute circuits with 1 minute rest. Then repeat 3 more times.
I’m using 10 lbs dumbbells.

I feel like I’ve got my groove back! This was a great one!!!!! I also started incorporating Pilates on a reformer once a week and that has been a game changer. Thanks for the awesome content and motivation! You are making such a difference!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
