I’m alternating between my 10 & 15 lbs. dumbbells. DO NOT STOP until you have completed all 5 exercises back to back. Rest for 1 min and repeat.
You should be able to complete 4 rounds and then BOOM...there is your 20 min bo...more

Did this workout after a run…it was a good one! Felt tired at first then took a fizz stick and killed the workout! Now we’re ready for our Arbonne shakes!!!😁
