Man I thought those bulgarians were gonma kill me. Until I met the real killer, aka the push-up/box jump. Whew, gotta eat something right away. 😂

Amazing workout! I was just a little confused on the Bulgarian split squat though. Reps were 20 and the video said pulses, but the text didn't. I did pulses because 20 seemed high and I was tired 🤣🤣
