OMG with the Bulgarian split squats 🥵. And those kettle bell swings…😳! But I LOVED it!

Amazing workout! I was just a little confused on the Bulgarian split squat though. Reps were 20 and the video said pulses, but the text didn't. I did pulses because 20 seemed high and I was tired 🤣🤣
