I did not want to workout today… this workout changed my mindset for the day. It was good. But man I’m tired. 😂

Sharing my 6 week progress because it feels so good 🤗 I started this program at 3 months PP. I've lost ~8 lbs, and gained so much more. Excited to see more progress over the next 6 weeks!!
Squats: 115 lbs-155 lbs
Hip thrusts: 135 lbs-180 lbs
Deadlifts: 135 lbs-185 lbs
