Back at lunch it start a week off for a family emergency! Somewhat hard to get back into it but it felt good to move more strategically than just the walking I’ve been doing while busy. Still glad I walked, don’t want to Discount it too much but happy to be sweating intensely again and feeling all the endorphins. 🥰🔥

Hey Hannah I sent you a msg on ig but I’m sure u get thousands of messages so I just wanted to say: thank you so much for putting on the app for $1 at the beginning of this challenge. I wasn’t sure if I should sign up but I did. I’m almost 4 months pp and have been going to the gym 3 days a week for the past month which is huge to get back into it while still parenting two littles. I’ve always loved going to the gym and have been fit. But It’s so nice to have a plan that I don’t have to think about and has structure to it.
