This workout was good but it took me almost 2 hrs! I get confused as to whether I’m supposed to do each set per leg or if I split the reps between legs or just one leg at a time

A great workout but tiring. Not going to lie. I didn’t want to do it. I forced myself into the machine section and did the whole workout there. But the smith machine reverse lunges (even at 10 lbs) tired out my legs so much. I felt a little weak after those in terms of being defeated. So I modified my second circuit and did three sets instead of four and I walked out on jello legs. Not disappointed in myself just tired lol. My legs are grateful and jello.

my gym doesn't have an adduction/abduction machine (super old gym) so instead what i do is grab a resistance band and do the one where you put your legs out (totally forgot which is which right now lol) and then grab a smaller ball and put it between my legs and squeeze.. is that about the same moves? or do you suggest something else?
