For the longest part of my exercising journey, I was used to timed workouts (before Eliza's workouts were even a speck in my life's view) and when I did find and started Eliza's workouts, the whole sets and reps thing- not that it wasn't foreign to me, absolutely not, it just was not my norm. I had to get used to it and now, being a part of her programs for what... almost five years? She has taught me so much. I've learned to stop doing exercises in such a haste and do more slow and controlled moves which has ultimately, made me the most sculpted in my life. The hour I have with Eliza with her ways of bodily destruction is now my time of peace.
