Welcome to my 10 Weeks to Habit Program! They say it takes on average 66 days for a behavior to turn into a habit. Something that you do automatically without thinking. Something that you do with out the need for motivation. You do it because it as much a part of your daily life as brushing your teeth. Over the next 10 weeks, we will be doing just that, creating healthy habits for ourselves to transform for entire life. Habits are created out of repetition, so you will be creating a set of guidelines for yourself to stay on track and working towards your overall goal. I hope that your focus on creating habits will stick with you far past the end of the 10 weeks and that you continue to progress through consistency.
