Iβm a mom of four who found fitness in my 30s, not through sports or athletics, but by simply showing up.
I started with yoga in 2014, craving calm in a busy, overstimulated life. It became my foundation⦠teaching me how to connect, slow down, and stay consistent. I went on to earn my RYT 500 and began teaching, sharing that practice with women around the world.
But at 40, everything shifted.
I discovered strength training, and just like yoga, I was hooked.
Not because I was chasing a certain look, but because of how it made me feel⦠capable, resilient, and strong in a way I had never experienced before.
Now, I blend strength training, core stability, mobility, and nutrition to help women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond build muscle, support their metabolism, and feel at home in their bodies.
Iβm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach, and my approach is simpleβ¦ strength, consistency, and real life sustainability.
Because this isnβt about going back to who you were.
Itβs about becoming someone newβ¦ and stronger than you ever thought possible.
