- Place the bar just above your feet
- Engage your lats
- Pull the bar up with neutral spine 
- Reach full extension keeping your upper body tight

Conventional deadlift

- Support upper back on a bench and the barbell across your hips
- With both knees bent to 90 degrees 
- Lower your glutes to the floor and press back up to starting

Barbell hip thrusts

***can sub for regular RDL with barbell or dumbbells!

- Begin with the end of the landmine bar in your hand and feet hip width apart
- Lower the bar toward the ground pressing your hips back while keeping a slight bend at the knees - Stand straight back up pressing your hips forward

Landmine RDL

-start with a heavy weight hanging in between your hands, toes pointed out diagonally and a wise sumo stance

-squat all the way down
-come up halfway, pause, the go back down, then come up to starting position: that is 1 rep!

Hanging Sumo Squat: 1/2 to Full

- Hinge at the hips 
- Explode forward with your hips
- Engage your glutes as your hips come forward 
- Raise the dumbbells to about shoulder height

Dumbbell swings (double)

Superset 1

- Begin by lying supine with 1  arm extended straight up with the weight 
- Sit up while keeping DB overhead & then slowly lower back down

-10 per side

Single arm Dumbbell overhead sit up

- Lay with your legs straight out in front of you
- As you raise your legs, reach your fingers toward the ceiling and raise your upper body off the floor (or keep your hands on the floor for balance!)
- Slowly lower yourself back and try not to use momentum

V-up

Abs finisher

Set the pace slightly slower than average and step up two stairs at a time

A couple questions- when I do lunges is it a total of 24 on each side (L-R-L-R) or is it 48 on each side (LR-LR-LR-LR) for the four sets? Also how do I keep my hands from slipping during hanging crunches?
