Mon- Glutes & Hammies
Tues- Back & Bi’s  (pull day)
Wed-Full body
Thurs-Active Rest
Fri-Glutes & Hammies
Sat-Full Body
Sun-Rest Day


*Main focus on Glutes & Back! But on the full body days, we will incorporate the other muscles groups- quads, shoulders, chest, abs, etc. And we will also be doing more HIIT/athletic style on the full body days!*


You will also get 3 fun, healthy recipes to try each week & I challenge you to incorporate each on into your week at least once! :)

A couple questions- when I do lunges is it a total of 24 on each side (L-R-L-R) or is it 48 on each side (LR-LR-LR-LR) for the four sets? Also how do I keep my hands from slipping during hanging crunches?
