I’ve struggled a lot with my hips since I had my daughter almost 5 years ago. I’m hoping this will help in my healing journey. The stretching at the end of class had me in tears from all the trauma I carry in my hips. I can’t wait to see how I feel after the two weeks.

I got injured at work 4 months ago and I’m back at work and attending physical therapy. I’m Ngl I’ve been slacking lately since I’ve been feeling so burnt out and decided I needed to push past it and get back into routine. This workout had me feeling AMAZING! My body is literally so light rn! TYSM!!
