Why didn't I do this class sooner? I am not a bridge person, but that's mostly because I have a lot of trouble holding it. But this was an awesome way to engage. Girl I've never held a bridge this long before! I absolutely love adding movement because it makes holding the position easier for me. Loved this one so much!
