You won’t believe me, but I have never done more than three days of any challenge. This is day 4, and your approach and just the way you talk makes me feel like I’m going to finish this xxxx also, LOVE the agency you are giving us, when it comes to working out at home, after learning from your videos.

I think the workout it self was great! I unfortunately really struggle doing some of the movements, so I feel I didn’t get the most out of this one but I still got up and moved my body so I’m happy! My brain just couldn’t correlate my heals being together and moving my knees on my side like that? 😂 and my hips on the floor with all that pressure on them hurt so bad! Even if I put a blanket under me! I guess practice makes perfect!

Loving the healthy hip classes so far! I really need to work on stretching them out and these short remixes allow me to get a bit of everything while I'm at work. 😊

It was great! I started off healthy hip challenge but got distracted by life.. today was my first day back a couple months later and this workout felt too short! I wanna do more!! Thank you🤩
