          Hi it's me Alicia!

          As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. However as I came into perimenopause, I realized that what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. That in conjunction with becoming an empty nester, I decided to FULLY lock in my health and fitness through high protein, macros, walking and lifting heavy weights. The results have spoken for themselves. It's been amazing!           It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
