About the program

This is all about re-igniting the woman inside that might have gotten a little lost through the mix of life. This is a progressive overload 4 week lifting program that will have you building muscle and on your way to strong and sculpty! This lifting program is 5 days a week (2 upper body, 2 lower body, 1 full body, and 1 optional core/cardio day) I have cardio suggestions and basic nutritional guidance. There is a workbook included and a daily worksheet for you to track your progress. There is also a personal video from me to you for each day to fire you up in a new way covering a multitude of different subjects.

    Health and fitness has always been a passion. When I became an empty nester in August of 2022 and was in the middle of perimenopause, I decided this was the perfect time to challenge myself to get in the best shape ever. I changed my approach by lifting 5-6 days a week and switched long cardio sessions for walking. I increased my protein and cut the alcohol and sugar and it's been a complete game changer.
