I do this every morning before I get out of bed and before I get on my phone, except I do it in my morning prayer. I pray about the things that I’m grateful for, then I pray about the things that I need help with. I end my prayer by mentioning friends and family that may need help and various different struggles. It definitely sets the tone for the day. 🥰
