Welcome to your 4 week program! We will be focusing on progressive overload to build that sexy sculpted physique! This program is 5 days per week (3 lower and 2 upper) with an optional 6th upper body pump day. Cardio is walking with an extra step challenge! Goal is 12k per day!!! However if you are currently at 6k I want you to work your way up by adding 2k each day for one week at a time. week 1 - 6k steps per day week 2 - 8k steps per day week 3 - 10k steps per day week 4 - 12k steps per day!! LET'S GOOO!!!!

Hi it's me Alicia!

As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. However as I came into perimenopause, I realized that what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. That in conjunction with becoming an empty nester, I decided to FULLY lock in my health and fitness through high protein, macros, walking and lifting heavy weights. The results have spoken for themselves. It's been amazing!
