Cardio day?! Um yep. At home? Sure thang. It’s as hard as u make it guys. Be intense! Get your sweat on! Tag me in a sweaty selfie. 💁🏽‍♀️ i NEED to know if it’s not sweaty enough. 😅 then do your yogas. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Dive right in, you’ll be warm fast don’t worry. All you need is you and a jump rope. Don’t give up! These are all one minute intervals. Keep breaks to a minimum, like 5-10 seconds if u need one. Cool down with vinyasas and a yoga flow.

Jump rope as fast as u can, however u want, for the whole minute.

1. Speed rope

2. Burpees

3. Squat jumps

These are the hardest to maintain for a minute. I can’t do it without a 10 second break at 30 seconds!

4. Mountain Climbers

Try to jump feet to wrists. Maintain good plank form.

5. Plank jumps

This is your active “rest”. Note it’s in reps, not for a minute.

6. Forearm Plank Tri-taps

Try not to get sloppy. Stay on toes. Knees up to waist.

7. High knees

I used to hate the bike until I started doing these spin workouts. They fly by and my endurance is getting so much better. I tailor them to my fitness level and then scale up intensity as I progress.
