Would you be willing to share any knowledge on fitness equipment? I’d love to find a bike and a treadmill. I couldn’t find anything that looks like it has intense incline like yours! Thank you so much for being such a strong leader!

I’ve been at my in-laws where they have a treadmill and a bike, so I’ve been loving these cardio workouts where I can utilize both! I’ve basically only done all cardio this week and I ain’t mad about it
