I really appreciated the detailed explanation w which foot should be digging in when doing obliques. I feel huge difference compared to previous workouts. I'm a true beginner so small explanations really help me get better results

For those that need to adjust the sear back for the presses, there is no time given to make the adjustments. And it's not even discussed. By the end of the video I could barely press the seat down an inch for the obliques. Other than that it was a good workout
