A Little bit hard, but very powerfull. It was my First practice after my corona illness, so i‘m Not that strong like before. But I think, it your class will help me get that strength back! Thank you!

Wonderfully challenging practice I could feel my strength increasing with each pose! I noticed the areas of my body which require slightly more work following this practice. This one will be a regular practice for me now!
