Really nice for the hips. Would add just some stretches for the back and it would be a perfect sequence for the morning.

I'm a beginner and found it really hard, but as it was short was able to complete it in my own way. Enjoyed it but my hips are super tight so it was just difficult for me. Hopefully over time I will get better
