Separate a deck of cards: face cards and aces separate from numbered cards.
Pull a face card for the exercise then pull a numbered card for reps.
Aces - all 3 exercises
Kings - Push-ups
Queens - Jump Squats
Jacks - Mountain Climbers
*Cardio can be done in succession with the workout or at a separate time during the day
