Your arms and shoulders will be feeling this one 🥵. Grab your dumbbells! I recommend a lighter set and a medium to heavier set. We’re breaking thing sup into 3 supersets! Complete each superset for all of the rounds before moving on to the next. Good luck and LET’S MOVE 😝. EQUIPMENT: • dumbbells (minimum of 2 sets recommended) • parallel dip bars (optional) • box or surface for tricep dips (only if you do not have parallel bars) • yoga block or kettlebell (weight size does not matter)
