You will need: two 5 lb weights
Do each exercise with no break in between ! You will feel an insane burn and this will help tone your arms ! Each exercise is only 10 reps. Take your break in between sets.

Maybe it’s user error but I wish you did the whole workout in a row so I don’t have to stop to switch to the next move. Is there a way?
