I failed at the Bulgarian split squats. Ended up doing this without the box. Also failed at session 8. The second set of hanging leg rise was too much - got nauseous lol! Intense and good workout tho. Would you say this challenge is too early for a newbie like me?

A solid workout! I had to do fixed lunges instead of Bulgarian squats due to availability of a surface for my back leg. And I added Calf work throughout.
