I had a particular challenge with one of the back exercises. Reviewed the video a few times to make sure that I had the right form, but I felt it more in my legs than back (from the squat). I tried to see if I maybe wasn’t aligned as I should with the machine or maybe it was a measure of how far I had to stand back from it. At some point I had to reach out to a local trainer in my gym to review it. Otherwise I liked the exercises here especially the hammer curls
