Releasing Negativity was difficult for me to relax at first. After 5 minutes I was able to connect with my feelings. The inhaling 5 counts and exhaling 5 counts helped me focus on my breathing and affirmations. I am learning to allow myself to be vulnerable and letting go of my fears and taking more risks.

Today was a bit tricky for me.. my fam spend the whole day here until late so I could not find a "quiet" place to meditate. When I did calm myself and started the meditation, someone interrupted it 😩😭 (even after letting them know NOT to interrupt) So I had to restart like 2/3 times, until I went upstairs and locked the door 😂 Now i know for sure.. only meditate when I am by myself lol, lesson learned ! The minute I got in my element I felt good again, at peace again and calm 🙏🏽

Today, I was consumed with a lot of emotions about worthiness. Today’s meditation helped get me in a better head space and I loved the affirmations that were offered. Saying them out loud really helps ground me and internalize the affirmation.

it was really beautiful. i noticed i was doubting myself during meditation...after the video i sat in silence and repeated my affirmations along with a few i added in.i trusted myself and begin to release all judgement and negative thoughts❤️
