That practice was great. I really enjoy how balancing challenges your physical and mental body.

Although the practise was still difficult for me as a beginner, I learned that some positions did calm me down and I really felt like my energy/emotions were being wrung out by twisting my body. Which felt really nice afterwards!

It was challenging. I'm not flexible and my balance is shaky but looking for improvements as I continue with the yoga exercises that is making get out my comfort zone. Love it
