After about 3 tries, each with a separate set of challenges, I have decided to mark this as completed. I have gotten to the sun salutations each time and have felt spent. Half-way 3xs! Well, I’m grateful for the breathing exercises and warming up the body mostly. I am fighting a flu, so any movement in my home helps! Thx 🤗
