Did this before going outside for an appointment. So happy I did because I feel so relaxed now. This is a new habit I'm creating and I love it.

So hard to keep focus as my breath is way too fast voor 5 counts in and out. But the way thoughts and feelings arise in the silence was exactly what I needed. As I was feeling low on energy and aggitated, I now know it was sadness underneath. Definitely something I’d like to practise more often, as it’s only 10 min a day. To dig deeper and find peace of mind!

relaxing i still need to work on my breathing techniques. but this is soothing

I feel more relaxed and at ease. I was going to meditate in the morning, but wanted to see how it felt to meditate after work. It was much needed after a long day of work. When I feel myself getting tense, I inhale and exhale before I say anything. I feel more confident and free today.
