So hard to keep focus as my breath is way too fast voor 5 counts in and out. But the way thoughts and feelings arise in the silence was exactly what I needed. As I was feeling low on energy and aggitated, I now know it was sadness underneath. Definitely something I’d like to practise more often, as it’s only 10 min a day. To dig deeper and find peace of mind!

I feel more relaxed and at ease. I was going to meditate in the morning, but wanted to see how it felt to meditate after work. It was much needed after a long day of work. When I feel myself getting tense, I inhale and exhale before I say anything. I feel more confident and free today.
