i get frustrated very quickly with yoga, i hope to improve my own attitude towards yoga when i dont feel i look a certain way or if im not doing the stretch or pose correctly im still kinda harsh on myself with yoga, my neck is still very tense when i stretch in cobra pose i believe it is called? also have to remind myself i do have a flippin rod in my spine.

I loved the workout once again, I started with yoga in the morning & now I'm ending the day with yoga right before going to bed! I can't believe it's day 10 already.. BUT I don't want it to end 😩😭 so ready for more after this challenge ❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽

I really loved today’s heart opening flow. I set an intention for unconditional self love during the practice and released judgement about what my practice looked like. It was a beautiful flow and I felt good and fully present in my body after.
