I love that this short writing and these couple of questions made me realize so much! I used to write all day every day. Untill I didn’t feel like it anymore cause I was stuck in all my feelings. And I missed it. Now I created a level of consciousness I apparently craved. These questions made me stand still and reset my goals. After saying the affirmation 3x to myself I noticed how I also wanted to invite and feel gratitude towards life, including the one I’m living. Which I havent felt in a long time. You guys are amazing, and for that I’m thankful!

This was quite an experience. What is Self love? I was so use to caring for others to the point where once upon a time in my life, I didn’t know what self-love means. Since my daughter went away to college and I became an empty nester, it really hit me hard because I didn’t feel like I had a purpose anymore and that it was time for me to regroup and do something for me. 🤔 I’m still working on that one...it’s getting better..this exercise opened my eyes.

this was needed..i am ready to be happy.. and with the last couple of days i am finding my happiness again, when my bestfriend passed away(my mother) i felt empty, a different type of sadness and depression. i stopped saying i was good when others asked how i was doing i would respond with “im okay” because in reality i was not good and in my mind i did not deserve to be good or happy without her... and i realized for the past three years i have been saying i am JUST okay it became a routine...these last two days when people ask me how im doing im responding im good! im happy! i want to be happy i deserve it!* thank you ladies for this platform and this challenge❤️
