This meditation was a perfect way to end the challenge!! it was hard at first, but when i started counting i felt so much peace inside me. This challenge helpt me a lot with my chronic pain! I can't thank you 2 enough❤

This meditation was very relaxing and my breathing was much controlled and steady. I am so proud of myself that I can actually follow a guided meditation now. Meditating can be so awakening. I never knew how it plays a big part with connecting with your senses. You can get so lost in the moment. It’s hard to explain....

this tuesday was a tough one for me work wise and personal wise, i just couldnt focus like i wanted to in the meditation i also think when the video started glitching on me it threw my concentration off. i was really focused on blocking the negative thoughts instead of allowing them to flow..today was rough.. i think i will try the meditation again tomorrow..Wednesday has to be a better day for me❤️

2nd time meditating outside was so peacefulll, I fully enjoy it! 😍😍😍 what I notice so far & appreciate, is that meditation is basically a free therapy which you can do anywhere and all you need is YOUrself! ❤️ I am healing and you will know yourself more & more, and there is no better rewarding to know the real you!

It was really hard for me to sit today because my mind was really busy but when we started counting the breath, I was able to focus. I was able to envision the light going through my body and I felt like I was glowing at the end of the meditation. It was really beautiful.
