Again, mind blown. It almost seems too simple to work, which already explains how I can create difficulties for myself. But these questions made me realize I’m already aware and moving towards my goals and reconsider if my fears are actually still my fears or just habits for way too long which creates stagnant energy. Thank you for simplifying things this way!

I love journaling because it is an opportunity to be introspective. I’m grateful for today’s practice. It made me really think about what I want and what is holding me back. And affirmations are my favorite so I am always happy to think of new ones for myself.

This came just in time. I had a situation at work which was out of my control. Instead of reacting I kept it positive and I refuse to leg it out a damper on my day. It was so empowering and it made me feel some kind of way. Just because other people are miserable, I have the choice to remain positive. My affirmation for today is I know who I am, open my heart and mind and set myself free. I don’t have to invite negativity into my home. 🙏🏽
