I had to think of two more things that I love about myself. It took me a little longer to finish because I never thought about the things I love about myself. Ten was a lot but I’m still working on my self love. I can be very hard on myself and it’s only because I a dope soul. 😁

the last and final exercise of the 12 day OwnYourGlow challenge!* i did it!* i have made so many positive changes in just three weeks! i didnt believe it could be done, everything in my gut, in my soul my own worst enemy(me) told me i could not do this course or challenge. when i first came across the initial wellness course i felt like a failure because i didnt complete everything in my own silly timeline that i had set for MYSELF! i reached out to Mwanini and let her know my feelings and how terrified i was of change and felt like i let her down!* boy did she push the restart button on my life, she guided me and me let know it was okay to start over and begin again and that i could do this if i was ready for a change. i cried and cried some more, vented to her she listened, and encouraged me,she talked me through the whole process of WHAT WE (not i) BUT WE WERE GOING TO DO AND ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER... she stayed on me even when i avoided her she let me know i was never alone through this entire thing! she pushed me to become my better self and when i began to feel discouraged she and her equally beautiful sister picked me up and reminded me to be kind to myself. these life lesson i will take with me, although i had started to get into yoga with my own sister a year and half ago i would make excuses of why i couldnt do it (im tired, my body hurts, i can never do this) the guided yoga lessons even tho i still cussed i completed them each time! and now im really trying to incorporate yoga into my life. i really had to change my own mind frame and stop talking against myself and down to myself.my coworkers see a major difference in me, my own sister even joined the challenge because she could see the changed and affects happening in me just through texts messages(plus i was constantly talking about ownyourglow and these two magnificent sisters i met online🥰)THANK YOU MAWANINI AND JUJU!* my new glow family yall really are my sisters! and i cant personally thank you enough for lighting a spark in me! i cant wait to meet you beautiful souls in person and just hug you both so much! I LOVE ME! today i CHOOSE ME!! i deserve to be happy again i owe it to myself💜

It took me a while before I found 10 things, but that wasn't the hardest part. It was looking in the mirror and say those things and believing it. I cried. I don't want to feel this way anymore. I'm going to read and say the 10 things I've written when I want to feel good again and smile when I look in the mirror.

I can't believe we finished the 12 day challenge together already, time went by too fast 😭. This last exercise was really the cherry on top which made me think alot about myself.. that we should praise ourselves more, telling yourself what you love most about you and to repeat it over and over until there's no more negative thoughts! ❌ Thank you ladies for this amazing experience and I feel blessed to have been a part of the journey ❤️

When I first read this prompt, I freaked out and thought, “I’m not going to be able to write down ten things I love about myself.” But then I took a few deep breaths and reflected on this challenge and the self love journey I’ve been on for the past few years and the love started flowing. I really loved writing what I love about myself and then repeating it in the mirror along with what I wish to welcome into my life and the affirmation. This challenge was really magical and I’m committed to continuing this journey ❤️
