I don’t have the treadmill or kettle bell so potentially offering suggested substitutions. Also I had to move to an alternate app to track my half mile run. Maybe I’m not seeing how to do that on here but to have everything in one place would be easier and more time efficient as a busy mom trying to squeeze in a workout during nap time.

Made notes but didn’t see a save button. Perfect 20 min burner while baby slept and big sis was doing school. Rowed 800 m for the runs.
