Work through each part for a total of 5 min, completing as many rounds as possible of given exercises and reps. Once you complete the 5 minutes, take a 2 min rest and move onto the next circuit.

I ran a mile on the treadmill before the workout… bad idea… I got smoked… only got to level 5 couldn’t even finish the last workout… great 1st day

Good workout man. Saw you on instagram. Started following small workouts you put on there. I have a solid home gym and have always wanted to incorporate all of my equipment into workouts. This is a promising start. 38 and the metabolism seems to be slowing down, the slow- watching TV while lifting isn’t cutting it anymore. I think I’ve found who I was looking for. Keep it up buddy.
